Made with all natural ingredients including 100% cotton, pure NZ beeswax from our own sustainably managed hives, tree resin and jojoba oil, the wraps are naturally antibacterial and will allow your food to breathe, unlike plastic.
These are easy and fun for the whole family (especially the kids!!) and are great for wrapping lunches, snacks, covering bowls and so much more.

Hexton Bee Company Beeswax Food Wraps are a totally natural alternative to single-use traditional cling-wrap.
Handmade with all natural ingredients including 100% cotton, pure NZ beeswax from our own sustainably managed hives, tree resin and jojoba oil, the wraps are naturally antibacterial and will allow your food to breathe, unlike plastic.
Use our reusable beeswax wraps to cover foods such as fresh fruit and vegetables, cheeses and herbs. They are excellent for covering bowls, leftovers or storing snacks and sandwiches.
Not only do beeswax wraps replace the use of plastic, they also help in preventing food wastage as they extend the life of food dramatically. Try wrapping half an avocado to prove it, they can last up to a week in a beeswax food wrap.
To wash, simply wipe clean with a clean cloth or rinse with cold water and eco-friendly soap if necessary.
Avoid using hot water as this can cause the coating to melt and reduce the wraps effectiveness.

Our hives are based around New Zealand - from the sunny coast of Gisborne to the rugged Tararua Ranges. With a total of 1200 hives and countless busy bees, our team of 6 beekeepers are kept busy working with the bees to turn all their hard work into wonderful products to benefit everyone. Using the beeswax from our hives for pure beeswax candles and amazing beeswax wraps and bottling the delicious honey.
